About Tate Gilpin

As a young real estate professional in a fast paced and highly competitive environment, I focus my attention on staying disciplined in three main areas: increasing my knowledge, punctuality, and trust. I pride myself on staying up to speed on daily market conditions and being “in the know” in order to be steps ahead of the competition. In this age of up-to-the-minute technology, I recognize my clients’ need for a speedy relay of accurate information. With a successful track record of happy buyers and sellers alike, it has been an honor and a privilege to gain the trust of the wonderful people that make my career possible. I am a firm believer that each client and every transaction is unique and needs to be approached in the most personalized way possible. I began my real estate career in Colorado several years after college, and I’m proud to now call Birmingham and southeast Michigan my new home. I’m also very fortunate to have joined SK Group at @properties (Top 5% of Production in Metro Detroit for the past six years) and look forward to what the future holds.
