We moved from out-of-state, having only visited the area once (Sam was referred to me by our Airbnb host, who'd used him to buy their house and trusted him like family). Sam was incredibly reliable and helpful. It's tough to build trust without meeting in person, but Sam is clearly trustworthy. He did several walk-throughs with a video camera so we could see houses. He was very patient and communicative when I got anxious, and informative about the process in this state. Most extraordinary, he did all this for a rental contract.
